Tinubu, Obasanjo Present At Uzodimma’s Inauguration As Imo Residents Shun Sit At Home
President Tinubu and former President of Nigeria Olusegun Onasanjo were among the top dignitaries at the inauguration of Hope Uzodimma, marking his 2nd term in office as a Governor of Imo State.
Among other Dignitaries include, Senate President Godswill Akpabio and the speaker of the House of Representatives Tajudeen Abbas. The Anambra Governor, Charles Soludo was represented by his deputy Onyekachi Ibezim.

Residents of Imo State, shunned the sit at home on Monday to attend the inauguration of Hope Uzodimma, shunning the sit at home proscribed by Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB)
The people who dressed in in colorful and traditional attires were spotted in the streets of the state capital, Owerri for the event at Dan Anyiam Stadium.
Imo Election Results
Governor Hope Uzodimma polled a total of 540,308 votes to Defeat his opponent Samuel Anyanwu of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) who secured 71,503 votes, and Nneji Achonu of Labour Party (LP) who got 64,081 votes.
