On Nov 10, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff talked about how Melania’s “armor” as First Lady was her silence, and how she allegedly wanted to be known a certain way. To do this, she had an “ongoing pre-approved list” of words to describe her.

This alleged list has words such as “confident,” “strong,” and “independent” on it, something she allegedly strives to be seen as.

Wolkoff said that Melania’s “intentional lack of communication” with the media helps her maintain the “narrative ofbeing mysterious and an enigma.” She added, “It was a way to protect her by not letting anyone fully know who she is.”

So while she tries to be seen as those adjectives, it seems the biggest adjective people have used to describe her has definitely been “mysterious.”
