At 56, Pamela Anderson Bared It All in Steamy Pics and Fans Lost It
Pamela Anderson, 56, posted a batch of stunning bare-faced photos on Instagram.
She showed off her toned abs while posing in a stunning, barely-there dress with cutouts.
Anderson shared her thoughts on “getting old” and going makeup-free in the caption, and fans were inspired.
Between her book,Love, Pamela, which debuted on January 31 and her Netflix documentary,Pamela, A Love Story,Pamela Andersonhas been baring it all lately. The then 55-year-old star took to Instagram to reveal more than just her toned abs, sharing thoughts on aging and beauty in a bare-faced photoshoot that fans absolutely loved.
In the first shot, Anderson wore a thin, form-fitting, floor-length gown with a large cutout from her hip to her stomach, showing off her toned abs. The following photos zeroed in on her radiant, makeup-free complexion where the star showed off her freckles.
Though she’s revealed herfavorite concealerand other beauty products in the past, she said these days she likes going “without makeup.”
“I’d rather show my freckles…It’s fun getting old. It’s a relief. And at a certain age we just look younger and fresher without makeup,” she wrote. “This is me—I’m happy with who I am right now. It’s a new world and I’m very grateful for all of the love.”
Stars and fans alike were floored by Anderson’s raw beauty. Elizabeth Hurleydropped a string of “❤️” emojis under the post while actress Mindy Sterling wrote “great freckles. Loved your documentary. Thank [you] for your honesty and sharing.”
“I admire and thank you so much for growing beautifully old naturally and embracing it,” one fan commented. “Thank you for reminding me that it’s ok to age naturally. ❤️” Another added: “A true inspiration ✨💜your radiance is so pure & beautiful!”
The super-candid post wasn’t the first time Anderson opened up about embracing the aging process. “I can’t wait to see myself old,” the actress previously said in an interview with Dax Shepherd about not wanting to chase aging and going gray. “I want to let my hair go kind of natural gray, put my little straw hat on, don’t wear makeup…I mean, that’s my comfortable kind of state.”
In another previous interview onThe Howard Stern Show, she simply said “I’ll be fine” when it comes to aging. “I mean, this is me, I’m almost 56 years old,” she said at the time. “I’m not going to worry about it. We all want to look the best we can look, but I’ve never really been a big worrier about that.”
Anderson may embrace aging and all the wisdom that comes with it, but her consistent skincare routine helps her maintain her radiance. Her tip for youthful-looking skin is keeping her skin well-hydrated with the help of one household item. “Moisture is the best anti-aging trick,” she told Elle in an interview. “I use a humidifier in dry climates, and a healthy rose water spray is the perfect toner and pick-me-up. I keep mine in the fridge and use it every time I open the door.”
